  3. It's blowing and cold outside and I didn't want to go out, but no excuses so I looked on YouTube for a workout that I could do at home and I found this! It absolutely kicked my butt! Today only marks day two of working out, but I have been logging in MyFitnessPal for a week! I will definitely do this again when I don't necessarily feel like leaving my house to go to the gym! Hello, I would like to thanks for the great exercises, I was always struggling with finding the right & proper routine for me, I have a body with fats on upper & lower body, so I always struggled on finding exercises that focus the whole body, also not so hard to follow, since body weight specially on the knees.
    I was following this since June 2018, on off mood but more focused in the last 5 months, & notice a lot of changes in my size, thighs, arms, back & sides , & I'm really happy with the results, did it like 3 times per week or 4, & now doing it every day with a decent diet.

  11. I could not go to the gym due to the extreme cold. Since I am disabled I had to improvise, but I did it. It was a wonderful way of warming up with having to turn the thermostat down to 65.

    IS THIS DIET PLAN OK ?

  15. After losing a little more than 30 lbs three years ago, I gained all the weight back over the summer when I was put on benzodiazepines and antidepressants. I tried to start jogging again but, due to dizziness issues, I just could not. And the more I waited, the more out of shape I got.

    And then I found this video. Yesterday, I only did twenty minutes but today, I did it all and I am so happy!! You've given me the motivation to get back in shape. I love how you motivate us throughout the workout, and also how you give two alternates to every move.

I exercise in front of mirror, so i see myself smiling too when i see Coach Kozak and Claudia smile. It does give me a mindset; "Hey I can actually do what they do!". I did this exercises for 4 weeks and another video with standing abs for 3 weeks,its only 30 min work out and another 15 min with other video and i swear,i weight 157 lbs and now iam 144 lbs๐Ÿ‘for almost 2 months i did it๐Ÿ’ชthank u for everything!drink 3 liters of water a day and of course diet

  26. Hey guys, I just wanted to give my thanks for all the videos you post and the positivity you exude in each and every workout. I am a 42 yr old type 2 diabetic and was in the hospital for some nasty business due to not taking care of myself. Even though I was at the lightest weight I had been in over 20 years, I was also my least healthiest and had to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle. After leaving the hospital, I had put on 40 new pounds mostly due to the new medication I was taking. I quit smoking after 20 years, I barely drink at all anymore and had to change my love of cooking into my love of cooking healthy. I started looking into lowering my carbohydrates but that wasn't enough. I started light exercises a few times a week but didn't push myself hard enough. I tried to combine both but it really wasn't until the start of this year that I decided to double-down on exercising and meal prep with a focus on caloric intake. I bought a FitBit to keep myself reminded and motivated. I built a small gym in my room at home so I had no excuses. What really kept and is continuing to keep my moving forward are all your videos and pep talks. I aim for workouts five days a week now and around 1200 calories a day depending on my activity level. I have lost only 10 pounds since the beginning of the year but that is ten pounds I would not have lost without HASFit in my life. Thank you for all that you do.

    TLDR; HASFit rocks and I lost 10 lbs in two months!

  36. I have a type of Arthritis where my joints begin fusing so I have to work out with low impact. This was a great workout for me. The workout challenged me but wasn't so hard that I couldn't do it. Keep up the encouragement!

  37. I found these recently they keep me calm and feel like I can actually finish the workout. This would be my second week attempting and I didn't have to put the weights down once during my workout this time. Feels good.
