5 MIN ARMS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN || Lose Arm Fat – No Weights – No Equipment At Home Routine

Losing weight takes time and dedication and I'm willing to try💛 To anyone reading this, I believe in you. You can do this. Even when you think you can't just push yourself.   13. I have rheumatoid arthritis in hands and wrists. Are there any suggestions for adapting the dips and push ups exercises that require putting pressure and weight on these joints? I’m sure it would help a lot of us with this type of disability feel hopeful! 🙏🏻

  17. Okay so I’m doing a 30 day challenge where I pick one part of my body to work on every month I’m gonna follow this workout vid for 30 days and measure my arms before and after right now my arms are 12 1/2 inches I’ll try to update every week

  18. Can i just say that this work out legit worked??? Like i didnt expect the changes to be THAT.

    Im onto my 5th day of doing this and my arms at first were literally just flesh, no muscle aT ALL even when i flex very hard nothing comes up. It was soft very jiggly to the point that it made me laugh.

    Now theres some muscles forming, when i flex there’s a bump in there and looks a bit more toned. Definitely going to continue this work out.

  21. I am physically incapable of doing pushups…. Like i tried.. But my arms are so weak that i just cant lift myself up…. Can u give me some advice coz my arms aint even fat.. They're just to slim and weak

  30. I've been doing this workout 2 days in a row with one day of break for a month and a half and I went from 32 cm to 28 cm around my arms! It really works! The first time I lost weight I was just doing cardio and drop to the same weight I am right now but my arms were still at 32 even tho I had lost weight everywhere else !
