Conceive A Baby | Get Pregnant | Fertility Guided Meditation


This guided meditation is about belief. You must first clear your mind of negative
thought patterns. You must acknowledge the fear and worry so
that you can release them. This will allow room for positive energy and
positive thinking. This will allow room to feel and visualize
your belief. The Universe will hear your thoughts and set
your desires in motion. Whatever you ask for will be yours if you
believe that you have already received it. The more you believe in becoming pregnant
and giving birth to your child, the more power you are giving this belief. By using the law of attraction, you will manifest
your desire to have a child. Set the intention now that you will be pregnant. Know that your thoughts and words are very
powerful. Accept your belief and know it to be true. Accept it without any doubts. Before we begin, make sure your body is in
a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Do this meditation in a place where you will
be undisturbed. Take a moment to mentally collect any unwanted
thoughts, any worries, and anything that does not serve your highest purpose. See yourself placing these thoughts inside
of a box and closing the lid tightly. Put a lock on this box. During our meditation, if these thoughts escape
from the box, simply acknowledge them and send them back. Now, with your eyes gently closed, begin to
allow your body to relax. Release the tension in each area of your body. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Relax your face starting with your forehead. Relax your mouth. Take another deep breath in and exhale. Relax your neck and shoulders. Relax your hands and fingers. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Relax your torso. Relax your legs. Your feet. Your toes. Take another deep breath in and exhale. Feel your muscles slowly melting. Bring your breath down to your tailbone to
the Root Chakra. Imagine its red color
surrounding your body from head to toe. Let’s say the following chakra affirmations
(silently or out loud). My energy is grounded and brings a healthy
flow to my mind, body and soul. I release the need to control when I become
pregnant. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. See the red color as it moves in and out alongside
your breath. Continue until you see the disc of your root
chakra spinning fast and smoothly. Feel your vibration rising. Now, bring your breath up to the Sacral Chakra
to your pelvic area. Imagine its orange color surrounding your
body from head to toe. Let’s say the following chakra affirmations
(silently or out loud). ‘I am open and ready to receive a child. I let go of the past and embrace the present.’ Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. See the orange color as it moves in and out
alongside your breath. Continue until you see the disc of your sacral
chakra spinning fast and smoothly. Feel your vibration rising even higher. Bring your breath further up to the Solar
Plexus chakra above your navel. Imagine its yellow color surrounding your
body from head to toe. Let’s say the following chakra affirmations
(silently or out loud). ‘I choose self-love. I choose self-confidence. I choose to become pregnant.’ Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. See the yellow color as it moves in and out
along with your breath. Continue until you see the disc of your solar
plexus is spinning fast and smoothly. You have raised your vibrational frequency
even higher. *Chakra healing releases emotional blocks
that have prevented conception. You are confident with your ability to have
a child. *
We are now ready to begin the manifestation process using visualization. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
exhale to the count of 4. Begin to visualize the moment you find out
that a new life is on its way. Where will you be when you get the pregnancy
results? Who is with you at this important moment? Or are you by yourself? Imagine exactly what this moment looks like. Allow yourself to feel the excitement right
now. Allow yourself to feel the anticipation. Now see yourself looking at the pregnancy
test that shows the positive result. You are pregnant! Let yourself feel the happiness. Feel the smile on your face. Feel the happy tears fall down your
cheeks. Experience this moment of joy as if it has
already happened. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing
these moments will create them. Begin to visualize how you will tell friends
and family. See yourself as you pick up the phone. Who is the first person you tell? Feel and hear the excitement in your voice. Feel and hear the excitement in theirs. See yourself announcing this good news to
those closest to you. Hold on to the feeling of excitement each
time. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing these moments will create
them. Begin to feel your body being pregnant. Visualize the first time that you can see
the small bump in your belly. Put one hand on your belly. What does it feel like? Press the tips of your fingers lightly around
the bump. Feel the excitement of knowing this is your
child. Know that your child is safe and protected. Know that your child is growing inside of
you at this very moment. Now see yourself as 9 months pregnant. Your belly is bigger. Imagine looking at this beautiful full, round
belly. Feel your child move inside you. See the tiny ripple from its movement. Allow yourself to feel excited. Take a moment of gratitude that you are pregnant. That you are bringing a new life into this
world. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing these moments will create
them. Visualize what your baby’s room looks like. Stand in the doorway. What color are the walls? What theme have you picked? Look around and notice every detail. See yourself putting the baby’s crib together. Now put the bedding inside. Run your hands across the soft sheets. See your sleeping baby in this crib. Take a moment to hold on to your feeling of
excitement. Of happiness. Now find a perfect place to put your nursing
chair. What does the chair look like? See yourself holding the baby in this chair. Now go to the baby’s dresser. Open the drawer. Look at the tiny clothes waiting for your
baby. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing these moments will create
them. Visualize what kind of birth you want to have. Does the delivery room feel peaceful? How does your body feel? Are you ready to meet your baby? See your family and friends waiting outside. Tell yourself you are strong. You are grounded. You are protected. Allow yourself to feel the excitement. The anticipation. Who is sharing this joyful moment with you? Can you feel their own excitement? Put your hands on your belly. Feel the love between you and your child. Continue visualizing the delivery process. It is perfect in every way. Your child is being born now. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing these moments will create
them. Look down into your arms. Your tiny, beautiful child is looking at you. Take this moment to see every detail of their
face. Look deep into the baby’s eyes. This is your child. You are now a mother. A parent. Touch the baby’s cheek. Pick up the baby’s hand. Notice the baby’s tiny fingers. The tiny fingernails. Kiss your baby’s forehead. Feel your baby’s warmth. Gently touch the soft spot of your baby’s
head. Feel the
deep connection between mother and child. See yourself bringing your healthy baby home. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Know that visualizing these moments will create
them. Repeat these following fertility affirmations
(silently or out loud). ‘My womb is warm and fertile now.’ ‘My body is healthy now and will nourish my
baby.’ ‘I feel young and energetic now.’ ‘My time for motherhood is now.’ ‘I will easily get pregnant. I will stay pregnant. I will have a baby.’ Use these affirmations daily during your fertility
journey. Take these affirmations into you. Become these affirmations. Let us call on Archangel Gabriel for help
with fertility and conception. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Now see the copper colour of Gabriel’s energy
as it touches the crown of your head. This energy fills you with hope and confidence. It is flowing throughout your entire body. Feel its warmth. Know that you are safe. You are protected. ‘Dear Archangel Gabriel, I welcome your help
and guidance in conceiving a child. Thank you for removing doubt, fear and obstacles
that stand in my way.’ Know that these words and thoughts have been
heard. Have faith that your child is ready to be
in your arms. Your child knows its perfect birthday. Take another deep breath in to the count of
4. Now exhale to the count of 4. This process has been emotional and exciting. Allow yourself to sleep peacefully, if you
feel the need. Allow yourself to rest your body as needed. If you are ready to bring yourself to the
present moment, start by taking a deep breath in to the count of 4. Feel the breath as it moves into your body
and fills your lungs. Now exhale to the count of 4. Feel the breath as it moves out. Do this a few more times, or as needed, while
slowly bringing energy back into your body through movement. Begin by moving your toes slightly. Continue with other small movements in your
feet and your legs. Move your arms. Your hands. Fingers. Allow your small movements to grow into larger
movements. Slowly open your eyes again when ready. Once you feel fully energized and revitalized,
sit for a moment in silence. Hold on to this experience. Hold on to the knowing that you will get pregnant. Believe that these visualizations have been
manifested.
