Dr. Jason Wolf – Kendall Urology Associates

[upbeat music] – In general, urologists take
care of the organ systems that start at the adrenal
glands, which is the suprarenal, some people will call it. The kidneys, the ureters,
which are the pipes that go from the kidneys to the bladder. Prostate and then genital problems. We’re mainly surgeons of the kidneys, and that includes kidney stone treatment, or masses in the kidney, or
questionable kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer. We’re able to do surgeries
with robotics and lasers, and all different types of techniques, to help patients get through their needs. The benefits of minimally
invasive surgery come down to, earlier return to normal daily life. Return to work faster, return
to decreased pain amounts, and being able to get out
of the hospital quicker and back to their normal recovery and back to normal life, and what they’re typically
doing on a day-to-day basis. So, my approach to
patients and treatments, is on a personal level. I like to find out what
makes every patient tic, and help guide them in the decision making
process, individually. Because every patient has
their own individual needs, and that may help guide, what I think, may be the best option for them, because for certain conditions, there may be many different options. There’s a lot of ways to skin a cat. So, getting the best outcome
for them and treatment option, I think, is the best for
each patient individually. I’m Jason Wolf and I’m a urologist at Kendall Urology Associates. (upbeat music)
