Western Illinois University hosted its first annual Go Red for Women’s Heart Health Luncheon
on Friday February 5th 2010. The event featured tables with information
for participants about how to keep your heart healthy,

and Hospitality. The menu included two soups:
Southern Succotash and Tomato Basil, Lime Cumin Cornish Game Hen,

eating right Including topics about fat, fiber, sodium, and caffeine. There were also several raffles including
two 10 dollar gift cards to Brown’s Shoes Benefiber donated from Walgreens, and a 10 punch punchpass for the Spencer Student Recreation
