    But actually even if your told the correct way to lose weight, fitness people are so stupid they will not get it. I say eat that hotdog, eat that white bread your only going to die sooner and of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and preventable diseases. The american diet is toxic and is not disgined for your health but for companies to sell commodities to the masses and make high profit (cereal is a good example, or meat) just look how the food pyramid was made. You can no longer claim milk is healthy or builds strong bones, or that smoking is a good way to de stress after working on the ranch all day. For global population reduction its required people should eat toxic diets to thin the masses. There is no other motive to allow cereal packed with by volume 2/3 sugar sold to children who later get diabetes. From a defense standpoint we have more unfit males that are not qualified for military service if a war was to break out. That puts everyone at risk.

All these exercises are good and they do work, BUT, if you have 1, 2 or 3 inches of fat COVERING your stomach muscles even after doing these exercises for a month or more you will still look like you have a flabby stomach. To get a toned looked to you stomach and the rest of your body you not only have to tighten up the muscles but also lose the fat.
