24 people here, and we’re gonna split up
into two groups of 12. You will train each group
for 15 minutes, and after that they’ll switch. Once the groups
have tried both classes, the 24 Open Gym participants will choose
their favorite workout. Obi:

heart rate monitors that’s gonna be able
to check their heart rate and their calorie burn. Open Gym is on!
Let’s go. Workout starts now,
everybody! We’re just gonna start
with jumping jacks right now. I just want to get you moving
just a little bit. Pick this up.
