Open Gym: Cuerpaso & Tempest Freerunning: Part II – Sweat Inc., Season 1

Here’s Tempest Freerunning.
The calories is 1,539 for the group.
Cuerpaso is 1,828 calories. Cuerpaso was
in constant motion, whereas Tempest had to stop
for instruction. Okay, everybody.
Switch gyms, please! Boom-boom-bah! Hah! Cuerpaso is amazing. It’s
hardcore, but I like the fact that there’s drills, and I like
that I’m running around. Plank. One leg comes
out the side like a side lunge. A concern at the beginning
of today’s competition we’ve seen play out here, right?
There is a technicality issue that is higher here. Paul’s got, look, almost
the whole torso’s lit up. Cuerpaso– It’s not right now, though,
’cause they stopped. Hop up. Down. He’s got to figure out a way
to reduce the down time. You continue
on that progression, so you come up to the block. Hand, foot,
as you step down.Isso!Good. And go step through. It was really nice, the way
that Paul kinda broke down the more basic levels
of these movements because it made it
a lot more digestible. Nice. Keep it going. Randy:
And time!
Everyone bring it in
to the center. If you looked at Athos’ score,
Cuerpaso had 1,730. Tempest Freerunning was 1,519. Everybody gather up, please! Okay, guys. Right now what we
want to do is get some feedback. Which workout did you guys think
was more innovative? I think that Tempest Freerunning
really combined the awesome action moves and agility,
which is a unique mix-up, so it didn’t feel like
it was just all that cardio. I thought that Freerunning
was out of my comfort zone. It was something
I’ve never done before, and I thought that
that was really cool. – Good to know. Okay.
– Interesting. All right. Which workout
do you feel gave you a better
overall workout? I think Cuerpaso
was more fast-paced, and it was a continuous workout.
There wasn’t any stopping. I think it felt like
a lot more cardio. I’m not sure that the strength
or resistance aspect was there, but I still felt
pretty worked out. Jill:
That’s something we talked
about, right, Tadeo?
So, it’s the final question. Which workout
would you pay for? Which program would you
sign up for on a regular basis? And the way you’re going
to answer that is by filing into that gym
right now. ( cheering ) Whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa!
