They’ve only been working out for a minute and a half. This is where fun factor
has got to play ’cause if these guys have

She’s catching up. Her average heart rate
is 144. In her initial assessment, Erin’s workout
was only burning about six calories a minute. She’s nearly
doubling that here. All:

is pretty much identical, but Stryke’s calorie burn
is nearly twice as high. When we checked
the initial assessment, I didn’t think
that the workout
would be this intense, but she’s increased the
difficulty level of her class, making her calorie burn
much higher. Work that stuff
