as a coach when she gets going, and the part that we keep
missing is “We’ve got to create an experience
that is uniquely Jump Life.” So, if you,
I’m going to tell them, “Hey, I’m about to take you
on a journey that you have never done before.
I’m going to use the trampoline. I’m going to take you
on an aerobic explosion. That is what Jump Life is about,
and that’s the kind of energy that I’ve got to see out of you,
but you’ve got to be great from the second
that the curtains open. ( laughing ) All right. Sorry.

I’m not seeing a lot
of happiness. They don’t look happy at all. And conversely, look over here,

she can do with a trampoline gym what a Flywheel
has done with spinning. If she can focus,
she might be onto something. Good job! She’s going to burn
way more calories because of all the jumping.

more calories at the workout.With strength exercise, you’re
