Open Gym: Omniball & JumpLife: Part II – Sweat Inc., Season 1

We’re going to stop you
for just a sec. Monserrat does really great
as a coach when she gets going, and the part that we keep
missing is “We’ve got to create an experience
that is uniquely Jump Life.” So, if you,
I’m going to tell them, “Hey, I’m about to take you
on a journey that you have never done before.
I’m going to use the trampoline. I’m going to take you
on an aerobic explosion. That is what Jump Life is about,
and that’s the kind of energy that I’ve got to see out of you,
but you’ve got to be great from the second
that the curtains open. ( laughing ) All right. Sorry.
Go, go, go! Are we ready for this? Back to your bounce. Excellent. Up, overhead. Look at these guys’ faces.
I’m not seeing a lot
of happiness. They don’t look happy at all. And conversely, look over here,
right? It looks like fun. Yup. The hope for Monserrat is that
she can do with a trampoline gym what a Flywheel
has done with spinning. If she can focus,
she might be onto something. Good job! She’s going to burn
way more calories because of all the jumping.
They’ve been moving like crazy! Jump Life
is an aerobic exercise.Rock 360
is more strength exercise.
When you’re talking
about aerobic exercises, you’re going to burn
more calories at the workout.
With strength exercise, you’re
going to burn more calories – after the workout.
– Monserrat:Jog it out.Tommy:Raise up.
Hold this for your pose.
I felt a workout
throughout my entire body:my arms, my core
and my butt with the squats.
It was amazing. All right, everybody.
It is time to switch. Okay, great job!
Way to push yourself! Awesome job. It’s definitely a workout
that makes you sweat. Energy level’s up.
I thought it was great.
