Photography, Health and Fitness, and Memories


Good morning everyone! So, I hope that you had a lovely sleep and for those of you on the other side of the world that are
winding up your day I hope that you had a lovely day. So I’m gonna talk about
things I love Thursday, and it was funny because I really want to talk about
people that I love so that you guys are aware of the amazing skills and talents
that are out there but “theople” I love, it just didn’t really sound good
so we’re going with things right and so these are things that people do that I
love how about that. Anyway so I want to tell you about three
people well for people but three things that I really love. Number one is Jess
Wilson and her photography. So she did a photography session at our cabin last
Friday night, and it was amazing, and it was so fun to get her perspective on
branding for your business and creating photography that tells the story. It was
really powerful and it made me think about things a little bit differently
than just lifestyle photography or things like that so it’s really cool, and
so as I have been revamping some things in my business I’ve been thinking about
oh okay I need to do a session with Jess and have her take these pictures that
help tell the story of my business and what I do and and everything with
humanitarian work and all of that stuff. So, I highly recommend that you contact
Jess. I’m gonna put people’s links below in the comments so that you can reach
out to them but Jess is in Utah and she’s also the photographer for humaniJam this year. I’m really excited to see what she does with that and so just
check her out if you need new photography or headshots even family
pictures and stuff like that but if you need branding in your business and you
want really unique pictures that tell your story definitely reach out to Jess
um next I want to talk about Millie and Annie so Millie and Annie have been my
health coaches for the past year and they’re certified in a program called
live diet free and let me tell you this is such an amazing program because
you eat food but it’s teaching you how to eat in combinations that keep the
food fat burning so nothing is off the table, literally, nothing is off the table,
but it just teaches you a way of eating that’s really that helps change your
mindset and your brain around eating and it’s a lifestyle it’s not something it’s
really not a diet it’s a way of looking at food and so Millie and Annie have
been working with me for the last year. I’ve lost 22 pounds. it’s been really
great to be able to shift my thinking and yesterday my son’s going back to
school and he said I really want help with making healthy lunches and so I
handed him their book and said here read this like it’s time for you to start
learning about this and so he created his lunches based on that which is
really cool that’s one of the things that I’ve really loved about this
program is that it’s great it’s a great way to teach kids about food because you
know it’s talking about eating healthy combinations and stuff so that has been
awesome and really supportive and if you are looking for a mindset shift around
food and to eat healthier and to eat in better combinations I really recommend
that you check it out again I’ll put that on the link or put the link below
as well and then DeVonya Madsen so I started working with DeVonya last year
and she has a program called 52 memories where you get prompts every week with
stories to write and you can send those stories to your grandmother your mother
your siblings your children it’s a really amazing program and you know
honestly we a life moves so fast that it’s really become a challenge to
document all of the amazing things that happen and this is a way to do it so I
highly recommend that you check out her program and 52 memories it’s really it
would make a great Christmas present Mother’s Day present Father’s Day
present to go through this program and do this for people and she’s got
it all laid out so you don’t have to stop and think about what you want to do
you just follow her writing prompts so those are the things that I love this
week and I am trying to hold myself accountable to do this every week so
that I can share with you some of the things that I love that I think you
