If you’re a women, you know we all have
some special needs when it comes to health care. We’ll share some health maintenance
suggestions on this project health. [Music]
Being a women certainly has its health challenges. No matter what age you are, you should put
a health plan in place to guide you throughout your life.
Women need to be proactive with their healthcare from their early years with onset of menstrual
periods and cramps, through their reproductive years. And on to later life with issues with
menopause, cancer screening and issues with bone loss and osteoporosis. They need to keep
their provider throughout that whole lifespan, annual exams, pap smears, mammograms to make
sure there’re on top of their health. It’s not only important for you to take
care of yourself but remind your family and friends to get checked on a regular basis.
