The next exercise we’re going to do is a
glute lift with opposing arm. So I’m going to turn sideways for you. Your right arm is
going to extend up; your left leg is going to extend back and lower back down by your
side. Exhale lift – balance on that one leg and lower. Perfect. Exhale lift – and
lower. Good job. Lift and lower. Exhale and lower. Very good, again try to keep your balance
and do what you can, if you can’t get that arm all the way up, halfway is find. And lower.
The goal is to try to get as high up as possible – do what you can and listen to your body.
