  4. Soil is not depleted. Soil needs amendments 1-2 times a year SOME farmers don’t replenish the nutrients in the soil. ….. taste, aroma, nutrition tells you if they have it or not…….. that is why I grow my food back to eden style!!!! I eat non Gmo pasta that my farmer grows back in italy…… don’t need to be extreme if you know the quality of food. I cannot buy anything in U.S. supermarket

  8. I am 50 now OMG, I look 32. I have good diet, I never eat fast food, sugar, pop or any artificial drink or food but, I love cheese I really love cheese OMG is so painful when I open the Fridge and I don't see Cheeseeeeeee

Just seen Shakya saying she is no longer vegan, sadly she did no longer look vibrant and healthy as she does in this film, but many anti vegans were congratulating her and being very negative towards veganism. Everyone is entitled to chose their lifestyle and diet, but it was sad to see non vegans attacking veganism as a result of her short film on youtube,

    I turned 50 in July, no photoshop, and gave up Sugar a year ago, I eat loads of Healthy Fats and Exercise a few times a week but I am Not a Vegan of a Vegetarian I'm a 100% Carnivore, I eat Liver, Lots of Fish, Beef, Chicken and Eggs, I have Never used any fillers or botox would never and could never afford to anyway, don't count calories, have a 32 year old Daughter and a 30 Year old son, πŸ™‚ x I am still battling really bad sinus problems which I'm hoping eating more real vitamin c and msm is going to help but apart from that feel great πŸ™‚ x

  18. Is it okay to eat mostly fruits and veggies, but keep chicken and fish in one's diet? Can't believe yogurt is not the best? Will dropping dairy lead me to osteoporosis?

  20. I just saw a video released a few months ago with Shakayla saying that raw vegan isn't sustainable or healthy. Any thoughts on that? She said she first noticed health issues with her children and then herself.

  25. I am a retired US academic psychologist. I have become far more fit and feel SO much better at age 71 than I did at 50, 60 and esp at 65 when I started having arthritis in my knees from carrying around too much weight. I VERY slowly took off the extra weight by gradually changing my diet to eliminate sweets except for fruit, Then I eliminated breads which was easier.Now I am super careful with carbs..try to stay away from rice, potatoes etc. I happen to live where many foods are grown for the US market and shipped there so they are super inexpensive where I live…mu husband and I spend less than $10 a week for both of us on a wide variety of great fresh produce that would likely cost us five times that in the US. We eat what is seasonally available here.We do eat protein in the form of lean meats, eggs, fish and fowl. ALso we do eat dairy. However, my meals are far more plant based than protein based.I now look and more importantly FEEL 20 yrs younger than I did at 65. I began walking on a treadmill which also helped walk some of the weight off over the years. I have maintained my weight loss for almost five years now and was able to cut out all my arthritis meds except condroitin which builds joints. Changing your diet can and will change your life. One doesn't have to go all vegan, or all raw or all anything…just small changes added to over and over can make HUGE changes in your health.So don't feel it is an all or nothing proposition. When you start to feel better you are more highly motivated to increase the changes you make and it becomes a positive feedback loop psychologically. One doesn't NEED any special products, or exercise equipment to get healthy…just walk and eat healthy…that is it.

  30. Giving up sugar has been the best decision I have ever made. Now I am reducing my carbs (not extreme – I eat fruits and vegetables). I feel better!! We can feel better, look better, live better! (I do eat meat. Eat whole foods. Simple.)

  36. i started this journey when i was 22 in 2014 and i am just so inspired to keep going!. start at 22 and you WILL look like cara at 50! that is what i keep telling myself to stay motivated!! When i fall off i just come back to the videos and to this page and i just get sooo much inspiration to keep going for my health and longevity!
