Mill Churning pose is one of the most effective
postures for PCOS. It helps massage the liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus and reproductive
organs. We’ll start with legs apart and feet flexed.
Interlock the fingers and reach forward as much as you can. Inhale, start to roll around
at your pelvis. You reach the arms towards one foot and then all the way back towards
the other foot. And then reverse, all the way round, coming as close as you can towards
the toes. All the way forward and then all the way back around again, churning the mill. Practicing these asanas every day will help to alleviate the symptoms and the stress associated with PCOD.
