Week 3 Workout Plan | Program 3 | Sleek/Strong With Rachel Cosgrove


Hi, I’m Rachel Cosgrove for Sleek/Strong.
By this time, you should be lifting weights on the first two exercises that take everything
you have, including your focus, your energy, and your strength. Really taking you out of
your comfort zone. Again, this week, bump up the load on at least one of the first two
exercises, while still maintaining perfect form. This will keep you heading in the right
direction, and you’ll be surprised at what you can do. Do this workout 2 to 3 times this
week, still alternating the first circuit. And by the end of the week, you should feel
that you’re completely challenging your body with new demands and seeing changes. After
