Week 4 Workout Plan | Program 3 | Sleek/Strong With Rachel Cosgrove


Hi, this is Rachel Cosgrove for Sleek/Strong.
This is your final week of phase 3. It’s time to get a little uncomfortable, eking out every
rep using a weight that is challenging. You should really be feeling your metabolism revving,
as you’re getting stronger, conquering your workouts and feeling more confident about
what you can accomplish. Once again, add more weight on at least one of the first two exercises.
And really push yourself on the metabolic circuit too. Get ready to dig deep this week,
and give your workouts everything you have. After you’ve done the workout, please leave
