You know, this week, I’m going to try to live like the wellness influencers that inspire me. I mean, how hard can it be? When did making breakfast become hard? Yeah, I don’t bend that way. Mom!
I’m meditating! There’s got to be an easier way to take care of my health. At least it’s not pizza again. I call this exercise
“killing two birds with one stone.” Okay. So, I might not be a wellness influencer, but getting my overall health checked is something I can do. Maybe I’ll try yoga again next week.
